Tapas is typically served in small earthenware dishes, great for sharing with friends.
At the Parador we use fresh produce whenever possible. We also have a range of daily blackboard specials for you to enjoy.
Experienced tapas eaters are used to the sharing of dishes and those trying our menu for the first time are encouraged to share tapas and also main course dishes. This allows everyone at the table to sample different flavours and perhaps try something they have never tried before!
