We use fresh and natural produce whenever possible, and whilst we import our suckling pigs & baby lamb weekly from Spain, we endeavour in all other areas to source and use local produce and local suppliers.

All of our desserts are home made by our Head Chef Alejandro Sanfiel and his team who keep the planchas going each day from noon till closing time


Experienced tapas eaters are used to the sharing of dishes and those trying our menu for the first time are encouraged to share tapas and also main course dishes.

We recommend all of our Rioja and House wines which have been specifically chosen to complement our menu but also offer Sangria, San Miguel lager, Cava, or Champagne should you prefer
